Our prices are very competitive - we maintain these prices by keeping low overheads and minimising costs. Where other resellers amend their prices to maintain price parity, usually the products they offer for sale are substantially older. Our payment terms are credit or debit card, electronic bank transfer, cheque or C.O.D. (where possible) after payment of a deposit. Please note, Western Union money transfers are accepted but the payee must be identified as IAN DOUGLAS GRACE in order to correspond with driving licence and passport particulars.

As a professional reseller payment can be made to customers selling goods by instantaneous bank transfer or by cash.  Payment can be made by cheque or Bankers Draft upon request and by prior arrangement only.

As part of our service to you we de-install, package and transport the goods at no further charge to you.

As far as is practicable we discuss with you, the Client, when collection is convenient and agree collection particulars.

I wish to sell some B&O products and have been given a low price from another reseller who tells me that this is an 'honest valuation, and that you won't get any more if you approach any other Company.' How do I let you know what goods I have for sale, do you collect or do I have to get the goods to you, and how do you pay if we agree a price?

Frequently our main competitor offers substantially lower prices than morethanAV (up to 40% lower!!), just one reason why we secure the very best stock.  We are not a faceless business, please contact us immediately via email ( or telephone (07985 776629).  Payment can be made by any medium according to the wishes of you, the client.  We have a fleet of four professionally sign-written vehicles to service both smaller deliveries and collections or multi-room house installations/deliveries both in the UK and Europe-wide. Payment in cash is an option or used more frequently are instanteous bank transfers according to the wishes of the customer.

My personal circumstances have changed having placed an order with a franchised Dealer or I am having replacement goods supplied under the terms of an Insurance Claim and I wish to sell them on.  I have been offered a substantially lower price than I think reasonable and I have been told that to approach one other reseller only. Whereas I consider that there is something wrong with the advice I have been given, doubts have been put in my mind.  What should I do, the sums of money involved are quite large!

If you have been given these advice then this indicates the franchised Dealer is purposely acting in collusion with another reseller in order to distort the value of your goods.  morethanAV have experience of this, the main occasions involving £125,000 worth of brand new goods (which we subsequently secured, we improved the quote that the customer had been given by over 100% in both these instances!) How do I know the goods have been serviced as you claim by a B&O Service Center?  Other resellers claim this to but the warranty they offer is much less.

Please ask for a verifiable invoice detailing work performed and price paid - I insist on one if sellers claim work has been performed, no offence is taken if you wish to check either! Any reseller claiming so should be able to substantiate their claims.
