Over the course of this Summer there will be some major changes at how we operate the business at morethanAV. We are having photographic backdrops printed and installed at our premises in Crawley, and secondly a new web-based stock control system is being programmed overseas in Europe. This will enable faster stock updating and enable us to list hundreds of products we have ready for sale.

For the past four years we have traded successfully on the basis of advertising serial numbers for our goods (the only reseller to do so to enable B&O to monitor our stock and check that our goods are not stolen) and offering customers the security of a fourteen day Satisfaction Guarantee. We have kept costs down by moving stock quickly without the added expense of photographs whilst setting the standard for pre-owned post-sale warranty for B&O equipment.

Now we are in a position to further enhance the website, recently revamped, with photographs whilst still offering the most competitive pricing and the best customer service. Please note that our service will be slightly delayed on Wednesday 4th August 2010 whilst we are flown to St Tropez for a site inspection prior to a full installation the following week, normal service will be resumed the following day.
